A selection of test wings that were tried on my But Ugly. Starting from
the left, number one is a fairly true frog wing and a real floater. I'm
liking speed these days so I have that one shelved. The second wing holds
a special place in my heart for it's extra twitch factor. It was my
favorite until I built number three. Number three is definately my current
favorite. It has sufficient lift but I think it allows for nearly as much
speed as the plane can muster. Still not spectacular, but great for the
back yard. The fourth wing is fully semetrical in the center. I was hoping
for more speed, but I didn't get it. It turned out to be a worse performer
than two or three so I shelved it.
