This is the extra stuff I use to compile lynx for PC's.  

The mylibs.zip file contains my working stuff for both BC4.52 and DJGPP
2.0.  It is kinda old right now.  lynxide_bcc45_000109.zip and
my_lynx_curses_compile_setup_000109.zip are what I am using for win32 as
of 000109 and patch-2.8.3dev.17-bcc-compile was a small amount of changes
I used to get dev.17 to compile.

bc5.0-lfn-ide.zip is someone elses (now old) .ide for Borland 5.0.

I compile the BC version first.  Actually, I compile the Chartrans stuff
by hand first using BC.  Then I compile the rest with BC.  I haven't tried
compiling the Chartrans generator with DJGPP because my tables are already
translated with BC so I don't need to.  I should be able to help get it
compiled though if you need it.
